If a security deposit was required as a condition of service, and is still being held by Welland Hydro-Electric System Corp., the amount will be applied to the final bill and/or transferred to other Welland Hydro-Electric System Corp. accounts you may have in your name.

By submitting this form, you are confirming that this service is in your name and you are requesting to have this service discontinued. You will be responsible for all charges related to this account and any applicable fees that may be added. You are also acknowledging that failure to pay the ending balance by the due date could result in transferring the balance to another active account in your name, or turning the balance over to an agency for collection.
