Residential Customers: By signing up for Pre-Authorized Payments, we will waive the required security deposit on your new account as long as the account remains on Pre-Authorized Payments without any payment returns due to non-sufficient funds.
Important Note: You will need to upload a picture or scanned copy of a voided cheque. If you do not have a voided cheque, a copy of the standard payment withdrawal form (from your financial institution) is also acceptable and will need to be attached to the form in order to continue.
